I've been over to the TSR website downloading a few new hairstyles and a few clothes and I noticed many of the sims in the pictures (the men at least) have nipples. So I Googled this and found out there is somewhere you can download these 'skins" so your sims are anatomically correct.
First, turn off maternity leave during pregnancy:-. Using Retuner. Click on the City Hall Building/Map Tag or any computer. Select: NRaas > Retuner > Settings > General > ByTunableXML > Sims3.Gameplay.ActorSystems > Pregnancy > kPregnantDaysOff. Change the value to: 0. Then, set the number of days of maternity leave after childbirth:-.
Another essential mod for me is cmar pregnancy controller. I mainly use it to tell me the gender of the baby beforehand and force births for pregnant sims who get stuck and lag the game. Nraas saver and Master controller are a MUST HAVE of the basic essentials. nraas relativity and saver are essentials for me.
To manually add a caste to a sim: Click on the sim directly (or go to Map View and click on the sims' Map Tag) Select: NRaas > Story Progression > Sim Options > Caste: Manual. Click the checkmark. In the list of Castes that appears, select the one you want and click the checkmark.
