I did some googling and found out that Gainward is from Europe and only sells GPU:s in Europe, I think they're owned by Palit. Anyway, I found a few Reddit threads saying thay Gainward is a good and trustworthy brand. Didn't find anything specific about their RTX 3060 but the older cards atleast seem very solid.
