With the Source engine pre-installed I'd say you're looking at around 9 gigs for HL2 and both episodes. in properties, it says hl2 take about 4 gig's of space, but i think that's with the source engine, but episode 1 is only 675 mb's, but episode 2 is 3.5 gb's.
