The reason is a lot of player abusing this system . If player had to drive 50 km to loading station they press F7 to the garage, then they had the trailer behind and had not to drive the 50 km. WOT hated this move. They want the same conditions for all. #9.

Using the Truck Delivery Dispatcher is as simple as pressing TAB and then clicking on the dispatcher icon . You should then see a window appear similar to the one below, which allows you to customise your job in different ways and also preview the trailer that you will be taking. As you can see there are a number of configurable options here
Make sure the correct profile and save are selected in the “Select ETS2/ATS Profile” and “Select ETS2/ATS Save” panels. Select the DLCs you and your friends have (do not select a DLC unless everyone you're playing with owns it too). Click “Sync Jobs”. When the message “Sync Complete” appears, click “Close”. It's worth learning man. The mods on this game really make it much better in my opinion. I do long distance jobs and they may take longer but the pay is extremely good,i started out with little money but now have 5 trucks and average $40,000 per job. More than enough if you don't hit stuff and damage the truck.
It is but explaining it from step one of unpacking game files through to step X of adding the mod you created to the game would require quite a wall of text and a lot of the information exists on the internet already.
